About Devaumark

Founder-led, systems-focused, and built for real operations

Devaumark is how I package my work as a builder of internal systems, workflow automations, and AI-assisted operations tooling.

Founder

Akash Khandelwal

Founder and Tech Lead

Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Akash leads Devaumark directly, working with founders and operations teams to turn messy workflows into usable systems.

I prefer diagnosing the workflow, shipping the smallest system that solves a real bottleneck, and improving it after live use. That usually leads to better software than promising a huge scope up front.

When a project needs design, content, or marketing support, specialists can join. But the product thinking, software architecture, and delivery remain founder-led.

Principles

How the work gets shaped

Workflow first

The starting point is the operational bottleneck, not the trendiest stack or a generic feature list.

Small useful systems

The first version should remove friction quickly, then grow only where the real workflow proves it should.

Direct communication

Clients speak directly with the person shaping product decisions and building the system.

How We Work

From messy workflow to live system

STEP 01

Diagnose the bottleneck

We start with the workflow itself: where handoffs break, where updates get lost, and what the team is doing manually today.

STEP 02

Ship the first useful version

Instead of planning a giant system up front, we build the smallest version that removes real friction for the team.

STEP 03

Connect tools and automate

Once the core flow works, we add integrations, notifications, reports, and AI where they meaningfully improve execution.

STEP 04

Refine after real usage

Operational software only proves itself in live use. We tighten the system based on how the team actually works.

Devaumark is not a broad agency menu.

The focus is narrow on purpose: automation, internal systems, and AI for operations. The goal is to build software that teams use to run the work, not to sound broad on a services page.
