Dedicated Developers
Staff augmentation for product teams
Add senior engineers to your team without running a hiring cycle. They work in your repo, your board, and your sprint rhythm, on your team's working hours - and every line they write is yours.
What's Included
How we staff your team
- Developers work your time zone, not ours - your standups, your hours
- Start whenever you're ready - no waitlist, no three-month hiring cycle
- They join your repo, board, Slack, and sprint cadence as teammates
- Senior engineers who own features end to end, not seats we fill
- Scale up, scale down, or end with 30 days' notice
- Wrong fit gets replaced - we own the match, you don't pay to re-onboard
- You keep full ownership of the code and IP from day one

React Native apps that share logic with your web stack and ship to iOS and Android.
Payments and subscriptions
Stripe, Razorpay, billing flows, and subscription logic done correctly.
Auth, dashboards, internal tools
Roles, admin panels, and ops tools your team actually uses every day.
Cloud and deployment
Vercel, AWS, Firebase, and CI pipelines for fast, low-ops shipping.
Engagement
Models and terms
Priced per engagement, not per price list
Rates depend on seniority, hours, and how many developers you need. Tell us the role and we'll send a rate for that exact engagement.
Dedicated
Full-time, monthly
One engineer on your team full-time, in your standups and sprint every day.
Part-time
Fixed hours, monthly
A set block of senior hours each week when you need the skill but not the seat.
Squad
Two or more, monthly
A small cross-functional group with a tech lead who owns delivery alongside your team.
- You interview and approve every developer before billing starts
- 30 days' notice to resize, pause, or end an engagement
- Code and IP are assigned to you from day one
- Wrong fit is replaced at our cost, not yours
How It Works
Match a person, not a project
Brief the role
Tell us the stack, seniority, hours, and outcomes you need - a frontend seat, a mobile hire, or a small squad plugged into an existing product.
Meet the developer
We put forward people who already ship on your stack. You interview them yourself and approve the match before anyone starts billing.
Onboard into your workflow
They join your tools, repo, and rituals on your working hours. You manage the backlog; we stay accountable for the person.
Resize as the roadmap changes
Add developers when a release crunches, drop hours when it calms, or wind down with 30 days' notice when your own hiring catches up.
Outcomes
What you get
- Senior capacity in weeks instead of a multi-month hire cycle
- A teammate on your working hours, not a ticket queue overnight
- Code and IP stay in your repos and under your ownership
- Headcount that flexes with roadmap pressure, not an annual contract
FAQ
Questions teams ask before starting
How quickly can a developer start?
We can start whenever you're ready. Once you've briefed the role we put forward matching profiles, you interview them, and onboarding begins as soon as you approve - typically inside a couple of weeks rather than the three to six months a comparable full-time hire takes.
Which time zone do your developers work in?
Yours. We staff to your team's working hours rather than asking you to adapt to ours, so standups happen live, blockers get cleared the same day, and code reviews don't sit overnight. Tell us your window and we match it.
What happens if the developer isn't the right fit?
We own the match. If the fit is wrong we replace the developer at our cost and cover the re-onboarding, so you're not paying twice for the same ramp-up.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, from day one. Work is committed straight to your repositories under your accounts, and the IP is assigned to you - nothing is reused on another client's project.
How is this different from hiring full-time or using a freelancer?
Against a full-time hire, you get senior capacity in weeks instead of months, with no recruitment fees and no severance risk if the roadmap changes. Against a freelancer, you get someone accountable to a company that replaces them if it doesn't work, working your hours inside your process rather than delivering from the outside.
Can we change the team size mid-engagement?
Yes. Add developers when a release crunches, drop hours when it calms, or wind down entirely with 30 days' notice. There's no annual lock-in.
What does it cost?
Engagements are billed monthly per developer, and the rate depends on seniority, the hours you need, and team size. Part-time seats are priced on hours and squads are quoted per role, so send us the brief and we'll come back with a rate for your exact setup.
