What was broken
People looking for outdoor space in Boston needed to filter by what the park actually has - basketball courts, hiking trails, dog parks, playgrounds - not just a pin on a generic map.
There was no single place for curated collections, park photos and hours, reviews, and a saved list of favorites.
The Solution
What we built
Parkscape is a map-based discovery app. Search runs across 200+ amenities. A hybrid map-and-list UI with pin clustering keeps browsing usable at city scale.
Each park has a profile with photos, hours, and reviews. Accounts let users bookmark parks and keep custom saved lists.
