The Friction
What was broken
Beawar, Rajasthan needed a grocery delivery product built for the local market - not a generic pan-India template. Household, kitchen, personal care, and daily essentials had to sit in one catalog with same-day fulfilment.
Without a dedicated app, customers had no reliable way to browse, pay, and track orders, and delivery staff had no companion tool for fulfilment.
The Solution
What we built
We built Darbaar Mart as an end-to-end grocery platform: customer Android app for browsing and checkout, a separate driver-facing app for delivery, and a Node.js/MongoDB backend tying orders, catalog, and payments together.
Payments cover UPI, cards, net banking, COD, and meal-pass support. Live order tracking and WhatsApp-based customer support sit in the same flow.
