What was broken
On-demand valet, delivery, and auto-care in Singapore needed a marketplace that matches demand to a flexible supply of independent contractors - with prices known before the task starts.
The first product slice was Express Valet: moving a customer's vehicle anywhere in Singapore without the customer driving it themselves.
The Solution
What we built
Express Buddy is a gig-economy super-app. Consumers request a service; independent providers accept and complete the task. Express Valet dispatches a personal driver in real time.
Pricing is pre-determined per task. The architecture is built to add courier delivery and mobile car detailing without rewriting the marketplace core.
